The Importance of Comments
I love blogging for one reason and one reason only: instant responses. I love that I can post an entry and then get tons of responses. Except that it never happens. People don’t comment on my blog. Now granted, my entries aren’t amazing. They tend to be rambling pieces of nonsense, but I would love to have some one actually say that. A simple “MOTR, your writing is boring the crap out of me” may actually kick me into action. It may be just what I need to write the next Great American Novel Post.
So whadayasay? Comment on mine and I’ll comment on yours, mmkay!?

LOL–I can relate! It’s hard to get comments sometimes…you know what always seems to work on other blogs are contests and give-aways. I haven’t tried one myself yet, but am thinking about doing one soon on one of my blogs.

I love comments as well, but my blog is kind of specialized. That’s okay though. Ever since I put up a statcounter, at least I know people are sticking around and reading what I write.
