Plan It Out Thursday: Become An Efficient Mom
Along with the many other resolutions we make each New Year, getting organized probably comes right after, “lose weight”. I know that I have been trying to get organized (and lose weight for that matter) for years. Despite the fact that before becoming a Mom, I was very much an organizational force to be reckoned with, having a daughter has made me loony. And now that I am no longer working outside the home, the days just blend together. If not for the Thursday marathons of my favorite show Snapped, I would never know what day of the week it was.
Enter “Plan it Out Thursday”.
Beginning next week, I will be focusing on ways that we can become Efficient Moms. I will be interviewing some of the leading Professional Organizers in the blogosphere, offering free products, and even giving you the chance to get answers to some of your orgranizational mysteries.
Why Thursdays?
When I was teaching I found that the best day to plan for the upcoming week was Thursday. Fridays were often a review day for me, so I knew by Thursday what worked or didn’t work. I was able to figure out what I needed to do the upcoming week and so it was the perfect day for me to plan.

I think Planit Out Thursday is a great idea. I am trying to select different days to accomplish different things and I think I’ll add this to my Thursday to do’s. I’m looking forward to the tips, advice and giveaways.
Now see? Planning on Thursday makes ALL the sense in the world… because waiting until midnight on Sunday just ain’t gettin’ it for me. Can’t wait to see more!
I’ll be looking forward to what the organizing experts have to say since I’m challenged in that area.
Plan it out sounds great and Bizzie Mommy has started already. I may have to jump on the bandwagon.
Can’t wait till Thursday. My life is completely chaotic right now and I desperately need some help getting it in order.
Good organizational skills are a must whether you apply them in your home or at your job. It is so easy to get behind without a well thought out plan of attack.
