Moms of Hue Launch
In my last post I talked about successfully completing 30 post in 30 days (NaBloPoMo). And then I dropped the ball. But I have a reason. I have been diligently preparing for the Moms of Hue Launch party. I redesigned the entire site using Thesis for WordPress and learning more PHP in 5 days than I ever thought possible.
So what is Moms of Hue?
It’s a multi-authored Blogzine designed to unite moms of color in one central location.
We are single, married, multiracial, stay at home, work from home, traditional working moms, and entrepreneurs.
We are a group of women from all walks of life sharing our unique views on motherhood from a perspective that is often underrepresented in the blogging world.
In short, we are mothers of color with a lot to say about issues relevant to us including politics, images in the media, schooling choices, parenting issues, and so much more.
