Mamavation Monday: Kicking Ass!
True determination can never be squashed!
This past week has been filled with great changes and even better choices. My husband and I got a Total Home Gym to help with out healthy living goals. We have decided to add in strength training 3 days a week. This is in addition to our 4 days of cardio and our new Gluten-Free diet.
Yep, Gluten-Free. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. In addition, I have been diagnosed with Secondary Hyperparathyroidism. I am severely deficient in Vitamin D and Calcium so am taking supplements for that. In addition I have been taking a medicine for my thyroid.
