I also believe that I have the right to get paid.

I receive compensation for (and not limited to) advertising, paid insertions, and sponsored posts that may or may not include links. Even though I receive compensation to write about specific topics, or to include a relevant link, and although I may receive review copies of products,  I always give my honest opinions, findings, or experiences on those topics or products even if it is negative. However, if I have a negative experience with a product or company, I always allow the company a chance to correct the problem. I do this in my every day life and will continue to do this when it comes to blogging.

The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question. I am not responsible or liable for any decision readers make based on what I write. Note that my experiences are my own and you may or may not have the same experience.

Panasonic Living in HD Family #66: My family was chosen to take part in an ongoing consumer feedback program with Panasonic. We were provided with several of their products- a 50 in Plasma TV, a video camera, a Digital SLR camera, a Point and Shoot Camera, a Laptop, Home Theater System, and a portable BluRay player. We were also given $1000 to cover the upgrade to HDTV.

We are not required to do anything but give Panasonic our opinions on these products. We participated in surveys and in the Living in HD Community so that Panasonic can see how we use the products. Any posts that I write here chronicle my family’s experience with each of the products.

Purex: I am a Purex Insider and may be given products to try before they actually hit the market. I may write posts about these products but I will identify myself as a Purex Insider when I do.

Avon: I am an Independent Sales Rep for Avon and posts about Avon ususally include links to my online Avon  store.

At times I post sponsored tweets advertising services or products that I believe are beneficial to my followers. All of these tweets are clearly marked as #ad or #sponsored. In addition, if I have an ongoing relationship with a company I may tweet on their behalf. These tweets may not be marked as such, however, it is safe to assume that I was compensated to do so in some way.
